Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free - not a trial that expires. Sign up, add your products, and start managing rentals with no time limit and no credit card required.
What is included in the free Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes inventory tracking, quotation management, order management, rental contracts, CRM for rentals, and flexible product variations - for one user at no cost.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up and start using RentInno immediately. You only need to enter payment details when you decide to upgrade to the Essential plan.
What happens to my data if I upgrade from Starter to Essential?
Nothing changes. All your products, orders, customers, and quotations carry over automatically when you upgrade. You never start from scratch.
What is the difference between Starter and Essential?
Starter is free for one user and covers the core rental workflow. Essential adds up to 5 users, Stripe payment gateway, custom domain setup, team roles and access, and removes RentInno branding - for $29 per month.
Is there a limit on products or orders?
No. Both the Starter and Essential plans support unlimited products, categories, orders, quotations, and customers. You are never charged per order or per product.
Are there any transaction fees or hidden charges?
No. RentInno does not charge transaction fees on orders or payments. The plan price is the only cost. No setup fees, no commission, no hidden charges.
Can more than 5 users use the Essential plan?
The Essential plan supports up to 5 users with team roles and access controls. If you need more users, contact us, and we will find the right solution for your team size.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Essential anytime?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your account settings. Your data stays intact, and the Essential features activate immediately after upgrading.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Your account returns to the free Starter plan after cancellation.
What happens to my data if I cancel Essential?
Your data stays in your account. You continue using RentInno on the free Starter plan with one user. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your Essential plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
How is billing handled?
The Essential plan is billed monthly at $29 per month. Payment is processed securely through Dodo Payments. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings.
Is my rental data safe in RentInno?
Yes. RentInno is cloud-hosted with secure data storage. Your products, customers, orders, and contracts are backed up and accessible from any browser at any time.
Can I access RentInno from any device?
Yes. RentInno is fully web-based. Log in from any browser on any device - desktop, laptop, or tablet - with no installation required.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?
